Join Jenna for a 108 Sun Salutations Practice to welcome the Summer Solstice. This practice is a yoga mala tradition of doing 108 Sun Salutations, usually done in connection to a change in season. This practice is an auspicious time take stock in your life and set new goals in conjunction with the changing season. This is a rigorous practice that will heat the body and activate Pranava. The fire you build will help move stuck energy and emotions. This practice will challenge your body strength and your minds determination nd you will emerge renewed for the Summer Solstice.
