Grounded, Saturday May 29th, 9-11:30, $30
Feel the Earth with your hands and your feet. We’ll learn to grip, press, and root into the ground, using the fundamental poses of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. We’ll use bandhas, meridians, pure force and magic to unlock a deeper connection into the center of the Earth.
Elevate, Saturday May 29th, 4-6:30, $30
Place your hands down and lift your self up. This session builds upon the strength and control we’ve learned to access to this point, and flips the student’s world upside down.
Rocket 3, Sunday May 30th, 9-11 am, $30
The ‘Rocket 3’ with as much spice as you can handle. We’ll flow through the ‘complete’ Rocket system as we’ve come to know it, including all of the bells and whistles that the community around the world loves.

Patrick and Sara ‘Bear’ have been studying Hatha yoga techniques since 2013. They have learned from and practiced alongside some of the most prominent teachers in a plethora of systems, including Ashtanga, Dharma, and Rocket yoga. Their combined and differing experiences with the practice allows the willing student to find rapid progress along their own path.
