Workshops Description 
Ashtanga Full Primary Series Led class 
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga as exercise created by K. Pattabhi Jois. The  style is energetic, synchronising breath with movements. The individual poses (asanas)  are linked by flowing movements (vinyasas). It is known as Yoga Chikitsa, Yoga for Health  or Yoga Therapy, therefore this series purifies and heals the body. Traditional ashtanga  full primary class. 
Ashtanga Fundamentals Workshop 
Ashtanga vinyasa yoga emphasizes certain main components, namely tristhana “three  places of action or attention". 
This Workshop is designed to understand he main components of ashtanga: breath,  drishti, vinyasa method, bandhas, sanscrit count, we will also work on traditional  adjustments and modifications. 
Intermediate 84 Ghosh Yoga 
Ghosh Yoga is a set of values and traditions passed down from Bishnu Charan Ghosh. A classic hatha yoga practice sequence that includes salutes, standing series, standing  balancing series, back bending series, hip openers series, twist, forward folds, inversions  and pranayamas. 
Expansive Alchemical Breathing Workshop 
Prana is the energy that keeps us alive, is the Universal Life-Force, it's the energy  permeating the universe at all levels: physical, mental, intellectual, spiritual and cosmic  through vibration. Yama is control and expansion. The main purpose of pranayama is to  awaken the Divine Cosmic Power. 
This Workshop is designed to understand and experience a variety of breathing  techniques on a deeper level. Students will learn beginner, intermediate and advance
Pranayama techniques combined with bandhas (locks) and mudras (seals), and how to  harness energy through these practices. 
Rocket I 
Is a sequence modification of the standing postures in classic Ashtanga vinyasa Yoga.  Standing series begins with Utkanasana and brings the warrior postures to the front of  the standing series. The Rocket I guides students through a unique twist on leg  strengthening, hip opening and balancing. The standing poses are linked in such as a  way that the body increases heat as you move deeper into each pose. The seated series  is the modified primary seated series. 
Rocket Yoga Sequencing and Variations Workshop 
A combination of different sequencing and asana variations of Rocket I and II, offering  both soothing forward folds and stimulatig backbends.  
This Workshop is designed to create a space of creativity depending on the students  needs and possibilities, we well “play” and “explore” different ways of sequencing. 
Rocket II  
The Rocket II standing series is designed to quickly prepare the student for beginning the  seated series, while still covering the fundamental 11 + standing postures. The seated series is a modification of the traditional second series,  it is a combination of nerve cleansing and awakening. 
Expansive Connection Meditation and Subtle Vibration (Mantra) Workshop The state of meditation is the holding of attention on one point of focus, it's the ability to  sustain awareness in the act of concentration. Meditation techniques promote radiant  health and internal purity on the physical and subtle levels. The practice of meditation  techniques will improve concentration, focus and will power. Constant meditation practice  develops compassion, reverence and sense of unity with all beings, the practitioner
begins to recognize sameness everywhere and feels one with all creation. This Workshop is designed to share classic meditation techniques (including mantra) from  Sri Dharma Mittra and the Dharma Yoga Lineage based on the Heart Chakra (energetic  channel), to create a space to cultivate one's divine perception and to follow one's divine  desires, we will cover topics related to the energy body and subtle vibration. 
Dharma Yoga II and III  
Dharma Yoga is a modern interpretation of classical Eight-limbed or Hatha-Raja Yoga,  deeply rooted in ethical precepts that includes elements of flowing Vinyasa, inversions  and held poses that will help you to discover concentration, meditation, abiding  contentedness and deep healing relaxation. Dharma Yoga was created by Sri Dharma  Mittra in 1975, is traditional, yet contemporary perfect method for the fast-paced world of  today. 
Maha Sadhana Master Class 
Also known as “the master practice”, the main purpose of the Sadhana practice is to  prepare the student or sadhaka for a spiritual bliss to communicate with the divine inside  of you and all around you with a longing to benefit all beings, in all times and spaces. This Class begins with breathing exercises and meditative techniques to regulate the  heartbeat, de-stress the nervous system and calm the mind. A complete grateful and  devotional Dharma yoga multilevel practice rooted in traditional ashtanga vinyasa yoga  method that will lead to radiant health, a peaceful life and, eventually self-realization.  Followed by a guided deep healing relaxation or Yoga Nidra relieves stress, slows down  the thoughts, calms the mind and recharges one’s physical body.
